Invigorating Swedish massage techniques are followed by steam thermotherapy, energizing application of hand crafted body scrub, and a thorough cleanse with steamy hot towels. A custom mix of bentonite clay and herbs are massaged onto the back, and paraffin treatments to the hands and feet to boost anti-inflammatory response. Finished with deep moisturizing lotion and soothing heat packs relax muscles. Great for circulation, lymph flow, skin health, cell turnover, and energy.
This process includes all of the steps in the Simple Body Polish, plus hand and foot paraffin treatments, steam thermotherapy, and a clay and herb topical treatment for the back.
