About Online Payments & Deposits:

 

~A standard 10% deposit of your service cost is used to hold your appointment spot when booking online.

~To book without using a credit/debit card, simply call or text us at 443-814-9788 and we will schedule your appointment for you. 

~If you make a deposit but need to reschedule, the original deposit can be applied to your new appointment time. If you need to cancel completely your deposit will be refunded as long as it is 8 hours before your service time.

~If you can't cancel within 8 hours, we are happy to discuss circumstances to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Booking one service & using enhancements:

 

1)Select the service you want from the menu.

 

2)Click Book Now under the service. 

3)Select any enhancements for the selected service or bundle from the popup, then press "Continue".

4)Choose a date and time.

5)Follow prompts for any needed information, payments, or forms. You may be asked to fill out the intake forms or create an account if it is your first visit, or first time booking in Vagaro.

Booking multiple services:

Option 1:

1)Click the Book Now tab on Vagaro

2)Select up to 3 services at once.  Select any wanted enhancements from the popup menu and press "Continue".

3) Choose a date and time.

4)Follow prompts for any needed information, payments, or forms. You may be asked to fill out the intake forms or create an account if it is your first visit, or first time booking in Vagaro.

5)For more than 3 services, repeat this process for as many more as you would like, and schedule them in the given time slot closest to your scheduled appointment. 

Option 2:

1)Select the service you want from the menu.

2)Click Book Now under the service. Select any wanted enhancements from the popup menu and press "Continue".

3)Select "Add Service" before choosing a date and time.

4)Choose a date and time. 

5)Follow prompts for any needed information, payments, or forms. You may be asked to fill out the intake forms or create an account if it is your first visit, or first time booking in Vagaro.

6)For more than 3 services/enhancements, repeat this process for as many more as you would like, and schedule them in the given time slot closest to your scheduled appointment.

Enrolling in a Membership

1) Select the "Memberships & Packages" tab

2)Add the preferred membership to the cart.

3)Click the cart icon. 

4)Enter required information and checkout. Your profile in Vagaro will now be registered as a member and eligble services will be discounted.

Booking as a Member/ Using a Membership Credit:

 

1)Log in to your Vagaro account that is enrolled in the membership. 

2)Follow the booking instructions above for one or more services covered in your membership.

3)The discount will be applied at checkout. If a balance is due, the standard 10% deposit to hold your appointment spot will be required only for the remaining balance.

Viewing Membership Credits & Adding a Family/Friend to Use Your Membership:

 

Viewing Credits:

1)Log in to your Vagaro account that is enrolled in the membership. 

2)Click your profile icon.

3)Click memberships on the left sidebar.

4)Click "Active" under the selected membership to view used and available.

Adding a Family/Friend to Use Membership:

1) Log in to your Vagaro account that is enrolled in the membership.

2)Click your profile icon.

3)Select "Family & Friends" from the left sidebar.

4)Select "Add Family & Friends", and add your loved one to the list. Memberships can be shared with up to 5 individuals.

5)Book an appointment as normal, and at the upper left portion of the checkout page, select the family member on your account before pressing "Book".

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment:

1)Go to your Vagaro profile by logging in and clicking on the account icon. 

2)Click "Appointments" in the left sidebar. 

3)Under the appointment you want to modify, click "Reschedule. Or to cancel, click "More" and then "Cancel"

Using a Promotion Code or Discount:

1)Schedule the appointment as normal using the above instructions. 

2)At the checkout page underneath of your credit card information, there is a section to enter Promo Codes. The total owed will change and the amount to deposit and pay in office will be modified accordingly.

To Buy a Credit or Package to Use Later:

For Packages (a bundled series of services):

1) Select the "Memberships & Packages" tab 

2)Select “Add to Cart” under the services you would like to purchase.

3)Click the shopping cart and complete the purchase.

Scheduling your Packaged Services:

1)Select the type of service covered in the package from the "Services" tab and use the normal booking steps listed at the top of this page. (For example, if you bought a package of ten "Custom Therapeutics 60 Minutes" services, proceed by booking a Custom Therapeutics 60 Minute session)

2)You will be credited at checkout and the visit will be deducted from your package.

To view remaining visits on a package:

1)Find your services under the “Packages” tab on the left sidebar.

For buying a credit for a single service:

1) Click "Add to Cart" under the service you would like.

2)Click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

3)The system will process this service as a "Package" that will credit you at checkout when you are ready to schedule the service.

Buying and Using a Gift Card

Purchasing a Gift Card:

1)Select the "Gift Card" tab

2)Select your choice of image theme

3)Select the image you like the most and enter the name and email address of the recipient

4)At the bottom, enter the amount of money or the service you would like the gift card to be valid for.

5)Click "Add to Cart"

6)Select the cart icon and follow the prompts to check out.

Using a Gift Card:

Option 1:

1)Print out the gift certificate from your email or Vagaro account. Contact the business to schedule via text or call at 443-814-9788 and bring the gift certificate to your appointment.

Option 2:

1)Log into the Vagaro account associated with the email address that recieved the gift certificate. 

2)Select the service you'd like to book. Click "Add to Cart"

3)The gift certificate discount will be applied at checkout. 

4)Your purchase will be credited to your Vagaro account under "Packages".

5)To proceed with booking, return the the Services tab of the scheduling page and press "Book Now" under the selected service. 

 

6)Select the date and time, and proceed to checkout. The package will be applied automatically and the service will be covered.

 

Alternate Version of Option 2:

***If you press "Book Now" to schedule the appointment before purchasing the service ("Add to cart") with the gift certificate, the gift certificate will apply to the 10% deposit taken at online booking, and the remaining 90% can be applied at checkout in office.

Using Vagaro Pay Later (6 Week Interest Free Financing)

1) When looking at the services on the booking page, it will lay out the payment amount per-payment if you use Vagaro Pay Later (VPL).

2) To sign up for using VPL, click the menu in the top right, then click your name/account icon to access your Vagaro account.

3) On the left sidebar, click Vagaro Pay Later.

4) Click Get Started

5) Fill in your personal information & answer the following prompts for your bank account info.

6A) After setting up VPL in your account, return to Sanctuary Repose's booking page.  If you need the link, click here.

 

6B) Then select the "Book Now" button for the service you want. Proceed with adding any enhancements you want, and choosing a date and time on the following scheduling screens.

 

7) At checkout, when selecting your payment method, select Vagaro Pay Later. The withdraws will be made from your account in 4 increments of the agreed upon price over 6 weeks.
